FileFable — privacy-first file & media tools.

The short version

FileFable runs its tools in your browser, on your own device. When you use a tool, your files are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers — we don't even have a server that receives them. We don't ask you to sign up and we don't collect your files or their contents.

What we do and don't collect

• Your files: never uploaded, never stored by us. They stay in your device's memory and are discarded when you close the tab.
• Accounts: there are none. We don't ask for your email or personal details.
• Analytics: we do not run our own tracking of your file activity.

Third-party services

Some parts of the site rely on third parties, which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdSense shows ads to keep FileFable free. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can review and control this via Google's Ads settings and Google's Privacy Policy.
• On-device AI/engines: some tools (e.g. audio-to-text, video cutting) download a processing engine or model to your browser the first time you use them, from public CDNs (such as the Hugging Face hub and jsDelivr). These downloads contain no personal data; your media is still processed locally.

Cookies

FileFable itself uses only local browser storage for preferences (like your chosen theme and language). Advertising cookies, if any, are set by Google AdSense as described above.

Your control

Because nothing is uploaded, there's no account or server-side data to delete. You can clear the site's local data anytime from your browser settings, and manage ad personalization through the Google links above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
